The adoption of the Basketball Australia Member Protection By-Law reflects Belconnen Rambler’s commitment to protecting members and participants throughout all levels of the sport.
These by-laws provide a framework to ensure that harassment, discrimination and abuse will not be tolerated within our club, and provides pathways for effectively dealing with these issues, should they arise.
The administrators and coaches of our club have a duty of care to ensure all members and participants receive the protection they deserve.
