Last Saturday was Ramblers night for Canberra’s SEABL teams – the Gunners and the Capitals Academy. It was fantastic to see the stands full of our juniors decked out in black and gold to support Canberra’s elite senior teams.
Ramblers were also well represented on the court with Tara Hay and Ellie Junod playing for the Caps Academy, Greg Evans on the Caps Academy coaching staff, and Sean Richardson playing for the Gunners.
A highlight of the evening was that some of our juniors formed a guard of honour and ‘high-fived’ the Canberra teams onto the court and stood with them for playing of the National Anthem.
