Notice of Annual General Meeting
When: Tuesday, 25 November 2014
Time: 7.00pm
Where: Multi-Purpose Room, Belconnen Basketball Stadium
The meeting will elect Office-bearers for the coming year. We are looking for volunteers to fill a range of positions, including President, Vice President, Treasurer, Junior Delegate, Senior Delegate, Secretary, Merchandise Officer and Fundraising Officer.
Please submit a nomination form for the position that you may be interested in by Monday, 24 November 2014.
Reports on the operation of the Club will also be presented by the President, Interim Treasurer, Junior Delegate and Senior Delegate.
Volunteers are crucial to the operation of the club both its effective management and its ability to field teams.
