Step 1: Complete Payment Plan Request Form
Player or family fills out the club’s form to initiate a payment plan. This form helps the club understand your payment needs and begin the setup process.
Player or family will receive an automated email within a few minutes.
Step 2: Club Creates the Plan
Ramblers treasurer sets up the recurring direct debit using Pay Advantage. The club enters your details into the system to generate a personalized payment schedule.
Step 3: Send the Agreement
Pay Advantage sends the payment link to the player/family via email and SMS provided at step 1. This link gives you access to review the payment terms and complete the agreement digitally.

Step 4: Player/Parent Authorizes
The player/family reviews and digitally signs the agreement. Signing confirms your commitment to the payment plan and activates the direct debit.
Step 5: Pay Advantage Notifies Ramblers
Once signed, Pay Advantage alerts the club that the payment plan is active. This notification lets the club know you’re financially set up and ready for the next step.

Step 6: Ramblers Sends Registration Link
The club emails the player/family a link to register with Basketball ACT (BACT) and pay the registration fee. This separate registration is required by BACT to officially list you as a player for the season.
The Club, in most cases, sends this registration email within a few minutes of receiving confirmation from PayAdvantage
Step 7: Relax — Pay Advantage Takes Over
Pay Advantage handles payment collection, retries failed payments, and sends receipts automatically. Once everything is signed and registered, the system ensures your payments run smoothly without manual follow-up.
Registration Is Not Complete Until All Steps Are Done
Players are not officially registered or eligible to play until both the payment plan and BACT registration are completed. Skipping any step may delay your eligibility to participate in games or training.
