The following fees are payable directly to Belconnen Ramblers Basketball Club and cover team registration, uniform costs, training, and Basketball ACT charges.

Discounts
The purpose of discounts is to recognise individuals who volunteer their time for the benefit of the club. The committee acknowledges that other groups also contribute their time but do not currently receive a discount.

To receive an applicable discount, the Ramblers Discount Application form needs to be completed and submitted to the Treasurer at treasurer@ramblers.net.au.
Discounts are paid on receipt of application, confirmation of entitlement, and within reasonable processing timeframes, via electronic bank transfer from the Ramblers Bank Account.
Registration
Basketball Australia charges an affiliation fee for all players nationwide, covering player insurance for injuries during play or training and Basketball ACT Public Liability cover. Full details are available on the Basketball ACT website. The registration fee is paid per season as part of the Ramblers Registration and Fee Payment process.
Payments
100% of the season fee is required before round one. Players cannot commence playing unless their individual player registration fee and Ramblers playing fee have been received and confirmed.
Payment is made during the Ramblers Registration and Fee Payment process. Flexible payment plans can be approved by the President and Treasurer but must be arranged before the season starts. Where a payment plan is in place, payment can only be made via electronic bank transfer to the nominated Ramblers bank account.
Where a member has previous season fees outstanding, full upfront payment of the current season fees is required.
Failure to meet payment plan commitments may result in suspension from future registrations until the debt is rectified, and will also affect clearance approvals.
Refunds
Refunds will not be provided unless there are extenuating circumstances and will be at the discretion of the Belconnen Ramblers Committee. Any refund approved will be less a 5% payment handling fee. Please email the Treasurer to discuss your circumstances.
Clearances
No clearances to other clubs or schools will be provided until all outstanding fees payable to Belconnen Ramblers are settled and all Ramblers uniforms have been returned to the club.
Disputes
All disputes regarding fees payable should be referred to the Belconnen Ramblers Treasurer and/or Club President in the first instance.
Fines and Loss or Damage
Any team that incurs a duty or forfeit fine will have that fine passed on equally to all members of that team.
During the season, the player is fully responsible for any provided uniform. Any costs due to damage or loss will be invoiced to the player.
